The study was not a double blind trial, but the results were extraordinary. For every four people who increased their level of exercise, they had two and a half hours of personal trainer a week. But i think the exercise played a huge part in probably soluble fibre. In addition, they actually reduced the likelihood them developing diabetes over the next four years by 58 %.
