ESR - What's the Purpose of the Company?

I've worked with a lot of different people at ezre that have been there for 30 years. The purpose of the company is actually to make them do their work better in all these geographic application fields. We really want to be a kind of people, again, say these words nowadays kind of irritates me, but a kind of learning organization. So all of us keep, including myself, i mean, i study like hell, i work like hell, and keep trying to do better. That's sort of our culture. I meant iment ie, a lot of esre employees veave had a really on tenure.
