How Do You Learn How to Sell?
I don't like to over glamorize our business model, ecause all we try to do then is bring structure and intentionality to that very point. What i've seen now after four years, and saw it my own company, is i wanted to move the needle. Talk about needle movers all the time, because i don't want to do stuff that's just incremental for individuals. And i only want you to pay usa if you see dramatic shifts in these people in terms of their performance, their behaviour, whatever we're working on. I mean, and it's just so much fun to see people change. That's what's happened so far, as we see individuals
