How I Got Started at Monster Rugby

Rugby writer and broadcaster, Paul O'Connell, talks to Sportsmail about his career. He started out as an intern at Monster Rugby before moving into a number of senior roles with the club. Now he is working for Glasgow Warriors in their new academy system. 'I'm being glad to go,' says O'Connell when asked why he chose this job. "It's not what you think it would be... I've had some great mentors."
