I think a lot of it comes down to maybe like personality type and risk adversity. So as soon as I grow beyond my means and hire on other people who are, who I'm there for from that point forward, ensuring they have enough work. And now I've all of a sudden worry about leads coming in. Now I've got to be active about that. It just, that to me seemed very stressful. If you have a team, I mean, that's a whole other world, right?So I don't know. Both are interesting. It depends on where you're at, what works for you.
