The Complex Equivalency of Worry
Worrying about bad things is sort of an added level of suffering that's kind of optional. A lot of people think of it as I just wish I could get rid of it. It also affects the tricks our brain into that we're being productive, but I also think about how productive I've been sometimes in the middle of the night worrying about something. And I loved your bringing up the idea that if it's almost superstition, there's actually a term for that complex equivalency.
