I think if she's aiming to do the 10k as her longest distance yet, then I would be perfectly happy to not have a taper at the end of that. Say she was starting from like about four miles, you know, as her long run, I think she easily build by like half a mile or a kilometer or something a week. She doesn't really need to go beyond 4 and a half, 5 miles as her final long run. But yeah, there's I think there's a good chance that she's looking at a training plan that's not actually for her. It doesn't. If you're building up to a distance, then couch five K is lovely
