What's Going to Be Displaced in Your Diet?

I think along the same lines of what we've just been talking about, Steph, it's really about getting in the first instance that context from them. The way I guess I would then work with them is trying to look at what potentially is being displaced in their diet. What would be some small wins that we could make or how could we start to bring some of these things in? And if you can always reference that back to their activity load, that's going to be much more motivating for them to talk about and change little tweaks over time.
