Is There a Disqualifying Management Team?

Mrcuryyu: If there's just not a certain amount of bobs or level of management in the business that you just pass on the opportunity, how do you think about things that have a thin management team? Yes. O, i guess we wouldn't be looking at companies that are probably micro deals. And when i say micro i'm sort of kind of a typically under kind of a million would probably be no. The smaller business like that, the more risk there is and the lighter the management.
