I would agree with you that we do get a significant strength training from just running around in the mountains and just at all movement has some association where there's some amount of strength required for it so let me ask now about individualization. Do you have any ideas or recommendations you can make to people of what they can do to help individualize their training? Yeah because this is key like if you don't train for what you are adapted for then probably most of the training it will be it will be just like wrong and it will get you injured. I think the problem of many many athletes and young athletes that if they are in a training group and everyone is training same way like it might work
