How to Track Your Protein

Without tracking, it's actually very hard to know even how much protein you're getting. Some people end up tracking in perpetuity and they love it. But if it becomes something that you don't like, you loathe, it causes you angst, then it's probably not something you want to perpetuate forever. For me, I definitely tracked my protein because I was not aware of how much I was under eating.
