The seller and I were having almost daily conversations anyway, so we had good rapport. So he said, I see you're working with banks, go ahead and take the time you need. He was understanding on that regard. And so I'm talking to one of the two, one bank. And this is where the biggest snag started to happen. Because they were not as responsive as I would like them to have been. They knew we were on a tight timeline that we were trying to get the deal done. But they were the process seemed to have ground to a halt. And there was not much I could do to move it forward.
