What Is a Dynamic Warm Up?
The first part of your run technically also acts as an extension of your warm up. You want to do a dynamic pre run warm up and then some easy effort running before you go into your workout. A dynamic warm up is something where you move, like leg swings, hip hurdles, high knees. So I'm not saying completely ignore your upper body? But we're going to be focused on mobilizing and warming up our lower body.
