The first thing that comes to my mind when I think of emotional regulation is you're running down the trail. And just this big snowball of emotions that is cascading down the hill in this negative fashion. But I'm going to like turn it over to you like emotional regulation. Like what is it and how do we work on it? Well, that's a great example because they get you pumped up. They don't. All right. You've got to get down and great. The next one is emotional regulation. Right. People will start to see how mindfulness runs through the rest of them when we start to actually do that.
