Are You a Questioner and You're Not Creating a Habit?

When a questioner wants to form a habit, but is somehow having trouble forming the habit, what the problem is, is the why. It's like the why's have not been answered. So maybe you and I make a deal. If you meditate for 30 days in a row, I get a massage. Or maybe I work with a meditation coach or maybe I text a friend every day. But after he meditates, he texts me after I meditate, I text him. They don't even have to be doing the same thing. A bliger, it's outer accountability. There are a million ways to do this together. Sometimes the biggest tendency for both men and women
