What Should I Say to Get Julia to Change Her Mind?

I read in your materials that we need to take responsibility for our audience, even if that is an audience of one. I honestly feel like one of the biggest advantages, potentially onfair advantages, that myself and my former teamates had is we were required to talk to people that wanted nothing to do with us. It's not just the suspect. So for us, we really had to understand going in that, a, those are the facts. And b, instead of resisting that or ignoring it, how do we use it to our advantage?
