"If you start with a sense of wonder and then that gratitude just to be alive yeah i have found that for me it creates that mental shift from oh I've got to deal with this difficult person or i've got to do this shit that i don't want to do today," he says. "It's pretty similar to the stuff that you're talking about but i think we're both in violent agreement that the first few minutes of your day is absolutely critical" He adds: "I'm not entitled to anything i am so freaking lucky just to be Alive"
