The Importance of Discipline in Pricing

The idea of a measure twice cut once I think is really applicable here to be like slow down make sure that you fully accounted for everything. One of the things I've seen in companies is where they have a usage based pricing formula, or some type of pricing that's based off of a forecast you would get from your client. And what I have historically seen is that the forecast that you get from a client is usually way higher than what they actually do with you.
