How to Take Control of Your Morning

People's stress comes from a lack of self-awareness, says Alice. Put your phone on aeroplane mode in the morning and don't turn it back on until you've had ten minutes with yourself. Get a journal out and mind-umple your thoughts to get all your stress onto paper. Try a little meditation or breathing for five minutes deeply to a relaxing song. All those things add up.
