A recent report looked at sleep tracker data on 68,000 Americans. It found that since the state of emergency there has been a 20 per cent increase in people's sleep time. But when you remove the brakes on sleep, we can see that sleep flourishes in return. We have to be very careful not to over interpret it and make too much out of one study.
