She says she's got this mantra cool every single morning is body before business so basically it just means that you to make to be the most productive person you are and your business we need to take care of our body and our brain. If we go full pelt into our emails and minute we wake up like you say we forget to eat we forget to breathe that is only going to capture upon us because it always doeslike we can't escape the ADHD.
