Do You Need to Take a Step Back From Lifting?

The idea is, like when you're dealing with any type of injury, we don't want to continue bashing our head against the wall in having the injury keep us out of the jim. So for certain instances, we need to take a step back from lifting in order for us to effectively address a problem. I still want you to train what you can train, but certain things i may have you take a stepback on so that we can make the necessary anges to allow for the optimal adaptations.
