How to Support Your Circadian Rhythms
A third of our genes are clock genes. So we really need to take care of them, because our genes are everything. The best thing you can do is get up and get morning sunlight ASAP after you wake. Don't check your phone when you wake up in the morning - it will dysregulate your cortisol and hence your circadian rhythms. If you're somebody who turns over and turns on Instagram, stop.
