Do You Really Want to Grow Your Triceps?

If you are trying to strengthen the triceps, there's like a trillion better compound moves than the cable push down. You don't get any of that other stuff like joint wear and tear by using more weight than that muscle alone actually benefits from. So if you can use good technique that isolates mostly or only your triceps, you can produce lots of force on the way down, but also control the center of the way up.
