The proof brodcast is a space for science base conversation exploring the health and longebity benefits that come with mastery nutrition, physical exercise, mindfulness, recovery, sleep and alignment. Today we focus on the basic biology, what's happening in ourselves during different types of exercise? When are we prefer using fat to produce energy versus glucose? What does metabolic health and metabolic flexibility mean? Our hope is that by taking this ground up approach, starting with thebasic biology, we will give greater meaning to our training.
