The idea that 10,000 hours of something you're good is BS. We'll be talking a lot about deliberate practice. It's not practice makes perfect. The digital natives, adult learning theory and the 10,000 hour rule are some of the things that don't work for optimal learning. So really, it's about changing your behavior so that you optimize the storage of information and changing your behavior in order to improve retrieval strength.
