Product Design - Is There a Right Answer?

i'm not onon i quite often people think that since we have a since we can pull any talent from anywhere, they tend to focus too much on the backgrounds. So what i'm trying to say is thatit's not as simple as finding somebody who's very talented. Sometimes, if it's an individual, especially on the programming side, they can be a major boost a to to the overall productivity. But when we're talking about product design, especially those types of a skill set that requires a lot of communication inside the team.
