At the beginning it required still a lot of outbound and networking, but what the community presence helped us is establish credibility. For a long while, we intentionally did not try to become self-serve. Much later, and Ben can touch on this, now we have a lot of that learning. There's always much more to learn, but there's much more emphasis on efficiency and on sort ofself-serve and what it can do to the business. Makes sense.
