Is There a Better Way to Train?
If you want maximum efficiency, stop each set to rups or so on average from failure. Then do the antagonistic body parts for another set right after. I can burn some one to a crisp in 30 minutes with a work out like that twice a week. That's a great general fitness work out if you're really intent on going a failure. And because of recovery time you still need between sets.
