"I can't stop change. And if people are excited about something, it's going to keep getting developed," he says. "If I accept that I can't predict those things, like I'll use what insights I can grab from my own experience and expertise and the experts around me." He adds: "The diversity of different opinions on that across a bunch of other smart people is how we end up being able to solve multiple problems at once"
