meditation probably came in like six or seven years ago. It was a long time between when I had started practicing yoga and the introduction of meditation because it's not to say that I hadn't tried it prior. So, you know, at the time I was like I can't stop the thoughts in my head there's too many coming. And so I kind of dabbled with transcendental meditation through some of that time to,. and that just kind of felt like the missing puzzle piece at the time.
