It's the fact that people first we can reverse whatever uh whatever kind of metabolic adaptation was present from under eating acutely. And then as we get into a surplus we might have that additional Overfeeding effect where people have a little bit of a compensatory increase. But it comes back to the other point that I blanked on I was gonna make Um, I basically I've been on like a three-day bender a lot of booze. No sleep things are scrambled up there, but Uh, you know we we talked about how people treat it like it's this really simple equation You've got energy and energy out.
