Waze task is used in scientific literature to study something that we call confirmation bias. People basically have a positive test strategy, whereas a negative answer is actually much more informative. And it's in terms of a hypothesis testing approach also the logically valid one. So this is going to be our topic of today, right? Yeah. Confirmation bias. We also had this quote by Bacon, who was already upset about confirmation bias in people. He was so systematic 400 years ago. But because we set a sort of rule for ourselves that if we have a topic we want to discuss where there might be some sort of problem, we don't want to fall into confirmation bias.
