Lamar Steich is a cattleman and rancher from Bentville, Arkansas. His father was one of the first to use artificial insemination on his beef herd. He has been helping Walmart with their supply chain since 2013-14. Lamar says he's enjoyed being able to have such a wide view of the entire industry.
