Vitamin D and the Abundance of Light

Light suppresses melatonin and increases cortisol to kind of regulate that primary circadian rhythm. But every but one also knows that vitamin D and sunlight have some major things to do with each other, right? I think that we have a whole set of like photic nutrition. It's like we need a bunch of different nutrients. There is intensity and ranges, light that's actually necessary to do a lot of aspects of our physiology.
