Shifting is a daily habit that you should do to put yourself in the state that you want to be in. A lot of my practice in psychology became people who were athletes or were doing well at work but wanted to do better and then also people with real mental health issues so i started thinking of it as people who need to go from bad to good  and other people who needs to go from good to great yeahYeah good to great.
