In restaurants, they just salt your food presumably presumably to their taste and it works And this does it work? That was interesting to me because your pet peeves when we go to a fancy restaurant and they don't have salt on the table. It's like I think it has become a culturated that chefs take it as an insult if you ask for more salt. "I do not want to to tell you how much salt because I don't know how you're gonna measure it"
