Do Pro Athletes Get Imposter Syndrome?
I think we all get an imposter syndrome in our own ways I think pro sports is such a unique place that you can like simultaneously feel like you've made it and like you're not there at all. It reminds me of when people are starting a new job and they sort of lose touch with how they got the job in the first place after they've gone through the interview process. People often forget that they were given the job because they demonstrated something valuable and they showed why they belonged here. Instead they get wrapped up in impressing people or whether or not they're doing a good enough job or do they fit in. All of these I think are pretty normal human responses to a novel
