How to Build a Strong SMB Tech Company
It really comes down to three things. It's efficient go to market and we'll dive into each of these a little bit more commitment to customer success, you know, both on boarding and ongoing collaboration with your customers. And then really also product strategy that's going to help you drive strong net dollar attention and help you grow your existing customer base. SMB tech companies take a long time to build. Not everything works out of the box SMB's are hard to predict or buyer behaviors are to predict they can be cyclical based on the economy. They have a whole host of different buyer behaviors than your typical fortune 1000 company does.
