How to Be More Ampathetic to Yourself

In therapy, what would you say to that younger version of yourself? It's such a great exercise. Do not beat self up so much. Forty year old justin deserves gentleness too. And maybe a the the advice for folks listening is to start journaling in some way. For me, journaling out in public has always worked best. I think interviewing customers can kind of be an introduction and a very gentle way to understanding how to be more gentle.
