Anxiety and Depression - It's a Common Symptom of Anger and Depression

Anxiety is a habit developed over time that is almost unconscious at this point. 90 to 95% of the time, when someone shows up to my office and they say they're anxious, almost always what is really going on is they don't have a good relationship with either sadness or anger. It's just so common in it. I think to clients, it looks like a magic trick whenever they're coming really anxious. And then again, nine times out of 10, there's some kind of deep anger or sadness going on beneath the surface there.
