Low Profile Shoes Can Help You Get Stronger Lower Legs
Some people like to just get out on a beach or on grass field and do some some easy running on there with no shoes on, and really strengthen up their feet and lower legs. That way, low profile shoes can work ferly well for this as well. But then you want o you want to treat your lower legs like you would any other hair of your body, where once you stress it, you need to let it recover to get stronger. And that's where i think the shoe quiver really shines.
