The Effects of Gluten on Gut Permeability
Do you think everyone should avoid gluten or just the people who are sensitive to it? That's a really great question and there was a study that was done a couple of years ago. People with celiac disease when exposed to gluten had the greatest increase in gut permeability. When people with non-siliac gluten sensitivity who we know are still sensitive, they're not a credit extreme as celiac,. They also had an increase in Gut permeability, but not as great as people with celiac.
