In the US, about a quarter of all calories are for we ingest via snacking. Snacking late in the evening is associated with obesity and problems. If you look at the healthy countries, say in the Mediterranean countries, they just don't snack. They have big substantial meals. And nobody's snacking on anything good late at night. It's very unusual to be saying 'Oh I'm going to get some fresh berries'
