Manuche - The Root of the Arabic Word Is Nasha.
The root of the arabic word is nasha, which literally means to dimple and shape. We use a cheese called acae, which is like a soft, brine salty cheese. A sausage, we do a susok, which is an armenian sort of spiced, cured sausage. Can putit vegetables, on anything that's in season. That's why it's fun. But if you really sort of want to have a hardy manuche, it's typically topped with some sort of fresh component.
