On average, how long does it usually take for you to sell a property? Like if I bring you whatever you would call an average deal. It's not unheard of as an habit under contract within 30 to 40 days. There are listings of mine that even in today's market are happening out there for one of these days plus. And we may make suggestions or regulations or on a comparative market analysis to tell us what it's probably worth.
