Getting a Big Bucket of Stuff in the System

A lot of cross country coaches say, well, the summer is what builds the success. And i can't help but think, you know, if someone has a bad cross country summer for whatever reason, why not try something different? Y? It's always remembering, like stephe and i went through prescriptions of work, but they won't matter if the recovery is not there. Recovery is where the improvement happens it is, you kno vital to the adaptation process. Intensity and volume are all determined by city; we're trying to get at that more frequent in our training.
