And again, these are people who were trying to not just prevent disease, but at this point, try to reverse the atherosclerosis that is present in their arteries by getting LDL even further low. But essentially what ends up happening is the LDL receptor will be expressed on cells and can uptake through this receptor pathway, that cholesterol into those cells.
