How to Write a Programmable Programming Method

When i'm working with clients, i 'm easing them into a level of stimulus that i think we can maintain over numerous weeks. That way i can observe progressive overload taking place. I can observe my clients a pushing or squeezing out more wraps in a set with a given load. If if i'm changing variables week to week, then there's a lot of noise that is now thrown into the programme and it would make it harder for me to identify the signal that i'm looking for. But at the end of the day, all i'm doing is piecing information together, integrating into my understanding principles, and then coming up with ha method that i think is going to work for each
