Scaling a Product in COVID

"We are now in this very on place where I don't think anybody knows what's going to happen," he says. "So my advice to our founders is don't go crazy on hiring, like pull it back, train everything in." He adds that the company has decided to basically tell people to stop with the heavy hiring and just focus on building the product.
